Every 10 levels(Cabal powerleveling) you have a Leveling up 1st Quest to increase the class rank of your character. You do the first 2 parts of that quest, on the third part you get a key to the 4th warp gate. Strip your char down to just a training blade and adept.

Use 2 magic arrows for melee based chars, and impact stab and flash draw for magic based character, the idea is to do 5-9 damage a hit. Zone into the 4th warp gate and attack the door.  At the very least it will last 2-3 minutes, it is 90 rank up and 100 rank up doors, and it will last 9 Minutes long. 

After the door is destroyed simply hit ESC and go to character select to rejoin the game, pick your server again and go back into 4th warp gate and repeat until you cap your skill rank for that level.

Your exp will decrease with this method allowing you to keep a certain level for Nation War if you choose, or use it at Level 90 to help level 120+'s in Runia Station.This works all the way up to max Transcender, you never have to hit a monster or take damage to skill up.
